In my country, children are taken care of by their parents in most places. However, quite a few of the children living in the cities have been brought up by their grandparents. Why? Because their parents are so busy with their work, and their grandparents who got a lot of free time after retirement can shoulder the responsibility from their daughters and sons to look after the kids.
