雅思口语Part 3: What are the disadvantages of working for an interesting company?
在一个有趣的公司工作有什么劣势？
不太能够想到很多在有趣公司工作的短板。但是如果不得不说的话,相比就是这些公司相比传统的世界五百强来说缺乏科学的管理。我们时常在各个领域看到有意思的初创公司，但是他们并不太能存活多久，哪怕十年。所以，在这些公司工作意味着有更好风险的跳槽成本。
Can’t think of some big cons about working for an interesting company. But if I have to say, I should say it’s the lack of scientific management compared to the traditional giant fortune 500. We often see some interesting new start-ups in every field. but they are not always the ones that last long for even a decade. So, working in those companies means that we will get more risk of hopping to another one.
