I think companies should have rules. Because without rules, every member in the company will never know the extreme, which in a long run will make the company in the mess. I clearly remember there was a company named Xiaomazha, which boosted its high freedom or autonomous management, had made the company itself go bankruptcy 2 years right after it was founded only because of the fact that their staff could find anything plausible to make excuses to be extreme and eventually destroyed the company.
我认为公司是必须得有规章制度的。因为，没有了规章制度，公司所在的每个成员都永远不会意识到自己有没有做过极端的事情。久而久之，会让公司变得一团糟。我依稀记得有个叫XIAOMAZHA的公司，他们那个时候还声称自己是一个高自由高自治的公司。紧紧在公司成立两年后就宣布破产了。这里面的主要问题就是员工们总是会找到各种理由让自己走极端，最终毁了这个公司。
